I got this polish when I won a 50% off coupon to Charlie’s Rad Lacquer. I picked up two mystery polishes, and Neon was one of them. I was so happy when I opened the package up and saw this one, since I don’t find a lot of oranges I like, and I needed one for the Halloween season.
I love the unique bottles she uses too. This polish was an absolute dream to apply. It was so smooth and even.
It is packed with holo glitter, and pure bling, even without topcoat!
Dry time was very good, with no smushing or smudging. Cleanup was also very easy, but the formula is so nice, there wasn’t much to clean up.
Products used: Duri Revacote, Orly Bonder basecoat, Charlie’s Rad Lacquer Neon.
